Ordering and pickup

Our delivery and fulfillment policy, in plain words.

How ordering works

• Build your order on the menu and check out with your name, phone number, and a pickup time.
• All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa and Mastercard online, and card or cash at the counter.
• Most orders are ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We text you the moment yours is.

Pickup only

• Every order is collected in person at Provo Cafe, 84 Airport Road, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.
• We do not deliver, ship, or export. No goods are sent outside the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Pickup hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 7:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
• Sunday: closed

If you can't make it

Fresh drinks and food are held for 2 hours, then discarded. Beans and merch are held at the counter for 7 days. Paid for something you could not collect? Call us the same day and we refund it: see refunds and returns.
