The short version

If your order is wrong, late beyond reason, or simply not right, tell us. We remake it on the spot or refund it in full. No forms, no arguing.

Drinks and food

Wrong order or quality problem: say so at the counter or call +1 (649) 242-7616 and we remake it immediately or refund it in full.
Because drinks and food are made fresh for you, we cannot accept returns of consumed items, but a genuine problem is always remade or refunded.
If you cannot collect an order you already paid for, call us the same day and we will refund it.

Beans and merch

Unopened coffee beans and merchandise can be returned at the counter within 14 days with your receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Anything defective is replaced or refunded, any time.

How refunds reach you

Card payments are refunded to the same card through our payment gateway. The refund is issued right away on our side; depending on your bank it typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. Cash payments are refunded in cash at the counter.
