What we collect, and why
When you place a pickup order we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and your order details. We use them for one purpose: preparing your order and telling you when it is ready. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except as needed to process your order and payment.
What we never collect
Your card number, expiry date, and security code are never entered on, transmitted through, or stored by provo-cafe.com or any Provo Cafe system.
How your card is protected when you pay
At payment time you are passed to our bank's approved payment gateway, and your card details are entered on the gateway's secure hosted payment page.
Every page of this website and every payment step is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher.
The gateway is certified to PCI DSS, the card industry's security standard, and applies 3-D Secure verification where your card issuer supports it.
Provo Cafe receives an approval reference for your payment, never your card number.
Transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa and Mastercard.

This site keeps your order ticket in your own browser's storage so it survives a page refresh. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
